ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURE SYSTEM

User ID - your User ID was sent to you in a letter and emails from the Ethics Office.  It is not your email address.  
Password - if you do not know your password, select "Send me a password" under Filer Resources on the Electronic Disclosure System homepage. 
New password - Your new password needs to have at least eight characters, one upper case letter, and one number.  It is case sensitive.
Recover your password - Select "Recover your password" on the left if you know your User ID and the answer to your security question.
Security question - choose a question with a one-word answer.  The answer is case sensitive.

First-time Login Procedures

1. Enter the User ID in the letter and email that the Ethics Office sent to you
2. Enter the temporary password in the email from the Ethics Office
3. Click “login”

Option 1 

1. You will be taken to the Create a New Password page
2. Enter a new password that has at least 8 characters, one number, and one upper case letter
3. Enter your new password again in the “Confirm Password” field
4. Create a security question of your choice
5. Enter a security answer to your question
6. Click “Set Password”
7. You will return to the Electronic Disclosure System Home page
8. Select “Main Menu” in the blue navigational bar on the left or the top navigational bar 
9. On the Main Menu page, select "2010 Financial Disclosure Statement” at the bottom of the screen

Option 2

1. You will be taken to the Email My Password page
2. Enter your email address 
3. Click "Submit"
4. If your email address matches what is on file for you in the Ethics Office, you will receive the message:  Password Sent
5. Go to your email inbox to retrieve your password
6. Login with your User ID and temporary password
7. Proceed as outlined under Option 1

Login Procedures for Previous Users

1. Enter your User ID
2. Enter your password 
3. Click “login”
4. You will be taken directly to the Main Menu page
5. Select "2010 Financial Disclosure Statement" at the bottom of the screen

Forgot Your Password? 

1. Select "Recover Password"
2. Enter your User ID in the field on the Reciver Your Password page
3. Click "Submit"
4. Enter the answer to your security question.  The answer is case sensitive.
5. Click "Submit"
6. If your answer matches what is on file in the Ethics Office, your password will appear on the screen.  Copy the password by highlighting it and pressing CTRL + C. 
7. Enter your User ID
8. Enter your password inthe Password field by pressing CTRL + V.
9. Click "login."

Need a New Password?

1. Select "Send me a password" 
2. Enter your email address on the "Email My Password" page
3. Click "Submit"
4. If your email address matches what is on file for you in the Ethics Office, you will receive the message:  Password Sent
5. Go to your email inbox to retrieve your password

Didn't Receive Your Password?

Call the Ethics Office if you do not receive a password you requested.  Some Internet service providers treat emails from ethicsofficer@atlantaga.gov as spam.

Need to Update Your Account?

1. Login with your User ID and password
2. Select "My Account" in the blue navigational bar on the left
3. To change your password:
   • Enter your existing password, enter your new password, and confirm your new password
   • Click "Update"
   • An email will be sent to you with your new login information

Need to Print a Report?

1. Login with your User ID and password
2. On the Main Menu page, select your report from the Past Filings column on the right
3. Print your report  

Can't View Your Form?  

1. You need Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to preview or print your completed statement
   • A link to Adobe Acrobat is provided on the bottom of the home page
   • City employees can call the DIT Help Desk (404.330.6474) for help in installing the program
