• Select "Recover Password"
• Enter your User ID
• Click “submit”
• Enter the answer to your security question
• If you are asked the wrong question or don’t remember your answer, request a new password; your email address must match the address in the system for you to receive a new password

What if I don't know my User ID?

• You will need to call the Ethics Office

Why can't I view my form? 

• You need Adobe Reader 8.0 or higher to preview or print your completed statement. A link to Adobe Acrobat is provided on the bottom of the home page
• City employees can call the DIT Help Desk (404.330.6474) for help in installing the program

How will I know you received my statement?

• After you have filed, you will be taken to a screen that says you have successfully filed
• You will receive an email from ethicsofficer@atlantaga.gov confirming that your filing has been received
• Your name will be listed in the drop down menu of Filers on the Public Search page

Why didn't I get a confirmation email?

• Your Internet service provider may be blocking receipt of emails from the Ethics Office
• Your email address in the Electronic Disclosure System may not be your current email
• The Electronic Disclosure System does not have your email address
• Your filing is incomplete

• Enter your User ID sent to you by letter or email
• Password:  Enter your User ID again as your temporary password
• Click “login”
• Once you login, you will be required to create and confirm a new password; must include at least one number, one upper case letter, and one lower case letter
• Create a security question and security answer of your choice
• Click “Set Password”; you will receive an email with your login information
• On the home page, select "Main Menu” located on the left under your name
• Choose “2009 Financial Disclosure Statement” in the box at the bottom of the page

• Enter your User ID
• Enter your password
• Click “login”
• You will be taken directly to the Main Menu (form) page
• Choose the form in the box at the bottom of the screen
